I give Mark 5 stars. Mark came out this morning before my scheduled time. Nicest and professional tech. After reviewing options for my refrigerator, I'm purchasing a new refrigerator. Not worth repairing.

Thank you for the great experience! The scheduling staff was very friendly and helpful. They were able to come out the next day and fix our dryer at a reasonable price. The technician was on time and communicated what the issue was and how he would fix it. He was also very friendly. It was also reasonably priced. We will definitely use them again if we need an appliance repair.

Got me worked in when my wash machine malfunctioned. Dean the technician was polite, courteous, and cleaned up before leaving. We had to replace a part he ran and picked it up and finished it in the same day. I would use this company again. I appreciated Dean and his help.
