About Tager Appliance Repair
Our story starts out years ago on the kitchen floor of a rental house in Kansas City. The owner, Bryan, enjoyed finding broken appliances on Craigslist and learning how to fix them up for resale. Then he would take the old broken appliance in return for a delivery fee. After that he would repeat the process.
At the time the only place he had to work was on the floor of his house. Things were going well to the point that he and his wife bought a house with a garage that could be used as an appliance shop.
As time went along Bryan wanted to learn more so he found the best appliance repair school around, Master Samurai Tech Academy. After graduation he formed The Appliance Guy KC LLC that is now Tager appliance repair. As time went by the garage got turned into an office.
Now Jennifer, Bryan’s wife, is answering the phones to ensure as many calls as possible during business hours get answered by a real person. Today we have a full team of in-house certified technicians and are very excited to be able to expand our ability to help you faster! Our mission is simple, to treat each customer’s appliance as if we are working to repair our own. As we grow our mission is to provide great value and the best customer service possible. And an unwavering commitment to repair your appliance with the right factory-certified parts the first time saving you time and money.

Service Manager
Bryan is a certified appliance repair technician with over 10 years of industry experience. In his free time, he enjoys family time and he’s a big fan of the Kansas City Chiefs.
Dean
Lead Technician
Dean is a certified technician with over 5 years at Tager. He enjoys adventure in his free time, riding his motorcycle, and fishing with his dad at the Lake of the Ozarks.
Mark
Technician
Mark is a certified appliance repair technician with 30 years of experience. A Kansas City Chiefs fan, he also enjoys bowling in his spare time.
Armando
Technician
Armando is a certified technician and a recent graduate of the Master Samurai Tech Academy. Born and raised in Kansas City, he’s a family man and father of two.
Nick
Technician
Nick is a certified technician and one of the newest members of the Tager team. In his free time he enjoys bow hunting and being outdoors, and he’s a big Red Bull Formula 1 racing fan.
Jennifer
Office Manager
Jennifer has been running Tager alongside Bryan for over 6 years. She loves creativity and nature and enjoys sewing, fiber arts, and gardening in her free time.
